How it works

You tell us what you are trying to do, in your own words, through our enquiry form. We read it properly, and reply with honest guidance: what to consider, which questions to ask, and, where it helps, which kind of specialist or organisation you should speak to. Our services are enquiry-led introductions and guidance rather than a booking, construction or estate agency service.

Much of what we know is already published in our long-form articles, so you can begin there and come to us when your question becomes specific to you.

01 · Playing & venues

Find your game

For new and returning players of tennis and padel. We help you think through what kind of venue suits you: a dedicated padel club, a tennis club with padel courts, a leisure centre or a private setting. We look at covered courts for winter, coaching structures for beginners, social leagues and realistic travel time.

Start with our padel beginner guide, and use the LTA's getting started advice alongside it.

02 · Court projects

Shape the brief

For homeowners, clubs, schools, hotels and estates considering a tennis or padel court. We help you write a purpose brief, understand site constraints, weigh tennis against padel and prepare questions for planners, designers and contractors. Our court planning guide covers each stage in detail.

Planning rules vary by nation and site; the GOV.UK planning permission guidance explains the starting point in England and Wales. Read our court planning guide.

03 · Property & lifestyle

Live near the game

For buyers and owners of homes with courts, homes near strong clubs and second homes where sport is part of the plan, in the UK and beyond. Drawing on long international property experience, we help you judge a court on a viewing, ask the right consent and maintenance questions and keep resale in view.

See our sporting real estate guide.

What we are not

  • We do not operate courts or take court bookings.
  • We do not design, build or install courts.
  • We do not list property for sale or act as an estate agent.
  • We do not quote prices or valuations, and we do not publish testimonials we cannot verify.

Ready when you are

A game to find, a court to plan, a home with room to play. Send one considered enquiry and we will respond with a clear next step.
